Founded in 2004, our property business, Swissims Investment SA, offers holiday-makers two aparthotels in Leysin, Castel Club Leysin Parc and Résidence Chamossaire.

Delightfully cosy, our two aparthotels are made up of a range of accommodation from studio to penthouse apartment and they are suitable for couples, families and groups of friends. Our apartments are really comfortable and fully equipped.

At Swissims Investment SA, we do everything we can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Ten colleagues are on hand for you, both before and during your stay. You can come and see us at reception or contact us at any time.

We also work in close collaboration with the restaurants and activity organisers in Leysin. This allows our customers to take advantage of a range of benefits.

Leysin is the dream location for outdoor holidays.

SAt an altitude of between 1,111 and 1,263 m in the heart of the Vaud Alps, our village is lucky enough to enjoy a 360-degree panorama over the mountains.

Looking south, you can admire the Rhone valley, the summits of the Dents du Midi, Dents de Morcles, Grand Muveran, the Mont Blanc chain as well as the Trient glacier. Turning towards the east, you’ll enjoy a view over the Mont d'Or, the Pic Chaussy as well as over the massif of the Glacier des Diablerets. The west offers a view over water with Lake Geneva from the panoramic viewpoint of Prafandaz, given to the community by the ancient "Michel Tauxe“ family of Leysin.

Completely surrounded by mountains, Leysin is thus protected from northerly winds. Because it is south-facing, our village is one of the sunniest in the canton of Vaud.

Being so close to nature allows a wide range of outdoor sporting activities to take place. Summer and winter, you can take exercise and breathe the clean, invigorating air. During the cold snowy months, you can enjoy coming down the 240 km of ski and snowboard runs and you can try snowshoeing, tobogganing, ice-skating, curling and badminton.

Once the nice weather returns, it's over to hiking, mountain biking, Via Ferrata and paragliding ! The skating rink is open summer and winter.

Throughout the year, you can take exercise and breathe the clean, invigorating air to naturally create those life-enhancing red blood cells. 

Leysin also offers families amusement parks such as Aqua Parc, Labyrinth Adventure, Swiss Vapeur Parc, Parc Aventure and the zoo at Servion, Château de Chillon as well as a tasting tour at Château d'Aigle.
